One of the joys of stumbling across Gifford is simply wandering its streets and appreciating its prettiness. The Goblin Ha’ and Hugo’s are on Main Street, opposite the post office, next to the Gifford Town Hall, which has the ancient “mercat cross” in front of it.

The wide Main Street links together the “mercat cross” and the church, while the High Street heads off at a right angle along one side of a broad green area which helps give Gifford such a spacious feel.

Breakfast from 7.30am and beverage services are provided in the Hugo’s Halls Cafe, connected to this is the Goblin Ha’ bar & brasserie which opens at 10.30am offering a lounge bar, a brasserie, the conservatory, the patio and and access to the hotels extensive gardens.
